Reservations are confirmed after paying the deposit. Should reservations being cancelled, the deposit is regarded as cancellation fee.

Arrival time from 14.00 - 20.00, please contact/phone for a later arrival time.

Departure within 10 am on departure day We charge fully for belated arrivals, earlier departures and vacant beds.

All our flats are no-smoking areas.

Pets allowed if required and against extra charge.

Should anything happen before your scheduled holidays, should you postpone your arrival time, anticipate your departure or need to cancel your reservation, EU legislation allows replacement of reservation fees.
